• 2 August 2026. Article 50 transparency, GPAI provider obligations, governance framework.
• 2 December 2027. Annex III high-risk obligations (moved from 2 August 2026 by the AI Omnibus).
• 2 August 2028. Annex I embedded-product obligations (moved from 2 August 2027).
